Granny: Chapter 3 is the third installment in the highly popular first-person survival horror game series developed and published by DVloper. Released in 2021, it builds upon the success of its predecessors, offering players a heart-pounding, intense, and challenging experience.

In this chapter, you once again take on the role of an unfortunate soul who has been kidnapped and held captive within a gloomy, dilapidated mansion. The key difference here is that you must contend not only with the sharp-eared and vicious Granny, but also with two additional antagonists:
Grandpa: Though deaf, he can inflict damage with a shotgun if he spots you.
Slendrina: A demonic granddaughter who appears randomly throughout the game. You must strictly avoid looking directly at her face; doing so will cause you to lose health or even result in death.
Primary Objective: Escape the house within 5 days. Each time you are caught or if you make a loud noise that leads to Granny or Grandpa finding you one day is deducted from your remaining time.
Puzzles: You must explore various rooms and search for hidden items (such as keys, pliers, hammers, cranks, etc.) to unlock the main exit or repair an escape vehicle (like a boat or a car).
Environmental Interaction: Every action you take generates sound. Dropping objects, stepping on creaky floorboards, or bumping into furniture will draw Granny and Grandpa to your location.
Defensive Weapons: You can find items like a stun gun, a hammer, or a crossbow to temporarily incapacitate Granny and Grandpa for a short period.
Improved Graphics and Sound: Compared to the first two installments, the third chapter features sharper graphics and gloomier lighting, creating an overwhelming, chilling atmosphere. The in-game audio such as footsteps and suspenseful music plays a crucial role in enhancing realism.
Varied Difficulty Levels: The game offers multiple modes, ranging from Practice (no Granny or Grandpa present) to Easy, Normal, Hard, and Extreme (where the antagonists move faster and are more sensitive to sound).
Multiple Escape Routes: Players can choose to escape by unlocking the main door or by using a boat to navigate through the sewer system.
Always Crouch: Moving while crouched minimizes the noise you make.
Use Objects as Distractions: You can throw an item into one room to lure Granny there, giving you a chance to search other areas.
Watch Out for Traps: Grandpa occasionally places bear traps on the floor; keep an eye on the ground when moving through dark corridors.
Granny: Chapter 3 is an excellent choice for fans of the horror-puzzle genre who want to test their courage and quick thinking. Have you tried playing this installment yet?
